These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 388ein ("388ein", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Upon account termination for cause, 388ein reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonus funds, or pending promotions without compensation. Upon voluntary account closure or closure due to inactivity, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
